A Husband and a Father
Family is Aaron’s priority in life and drives him to work tirelessly for his clients. Aaron’s wife, Yoko, is from Japan; Aaron and Yoko met while at college. Aaron and Yoko have three children, sons Hiro (7) and Taiga (5) and daughter Aya (2). Aaron grew up in the East Bay and lives in Albany and owns investment properties in the Montclair and Piedmont Avenue neighborhoods of Oakland.
Aaron believes in the importance of being involved in one’s community, and practices his beliefs. Aaron is a past director on the Thornhill Parent Faculty Club and a past director on the Montclair Village Association, The Fernwood Community Club and The Oakland Association of Realtors.
Hobbies: Traveling, contemplating bonsai, hiking and gastronomic exploration.

Aaron Brown obtained a California Bureau of Real Estate Sales License in 2007. In 2008, Aaron joined Prudential California Realty and within a year was recognized as a top-producing Agent with 24 successful closed transactions. In December of 2009 Aaron was persuaded to join The Grubb Company, a heritage brokerage widely regarded as the top firm in the area. Aaron continued to work hard and within a few years began climbing the ranks and from 2012-2018, Aaron was one of the top performing agents in the company and in the East Bay.
2018 brings a new beginning for Aaron. With the desire to grow and mentor others and a passion for transforming people and properties from good to great, Aaron has opened his own real estate brokerage - PERSPECTIVE. The mission of Perspective is exceptional people enhancing their communities. Aaron's strong focus on customer service and result are pillars of the brokerage.

Education and Professional background
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, with a minor in Business Administration. Aaron’s undergraduate studies emphasized law and political science.
Aaron’s background in hospitality and communication is a key component of his Real Estate practice. Aaron has worked for luxury hotels including The Ritz Carlton and Hyatt in various roles including guest services, sales/marketing and human resources. Aaron’s focus and passion has always been customer service the defining mark of his real estate practice.
